No sound for my macbook.

So, I’ve discovered the tip of a 3.5 headphone jack (3.5 to rca cable to be exact) stuck inside of my macbook. This renders me with no sound, as the computer thinks I already have headphones plugged in! Anyone know how to re-route sound and ignore the headphone input? It has to possible as iTunes by default can play sound to multiple sources. I really don’t want to open up my laptop myself and hurt it, but I just don’t have to time to go to the apple store. What good are funny videos/porn with no sound (99% of my online time spent is watching said videos)?
